EOS Leadership Fundamentals:

EOS is a leadership system with tools to help you lead your organization to where you know it can go. Consider me your guide and teacher for the journey. We’ll start by teaching you the 5 Leadership Abilities™, namely to Simplify, Delegate and Elevate, Predict, Systemize and Structure. As you master these abilities you will be able to break through the ceiling when you encounter it in your organization.

We’ll then proceed to teach you the 5 Leadership Practices™, namely Giving Clear Direction, Providing the Necessary Tools, Letting Go of the Vine, Acting with the Greater Good in Mind, and Taking Clarity Breaks.

As you learn these fundamental leadership skills, you’ll also be implementing simple, practical tools that will help you immediately start helping you achieve strong team health, generate traction and clarify, simplify and achieve your vision.
